2. Information and purposes

We receive your name, email address, optional business name, preferred plan and timing, reference URL, inquiry details, selected form language and consent record. We use these to respond, clarify requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about commissions.

3. External services

Inquiry reception uses Formspree. Hosting uses Cloudflare Pages. Notifications are received in Gmail. Formspree stores submission records and processes validation and spam checks; Gmail stores notification emails. These providers and the hosting provider may process submitted information or access logs under their own policies, including processing outside Japan. Formspree uses infrastructure in the United States and other countries. See the Formspree privacy policy, Google privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy.

4. Security and retention

Access is limited to people who need the information for the work. For inquiries that do not lead to a commission, we aim to delete the records from Gmail and Formspree one year after our last response. Records for commissioned projects are managed separately.

5. AI

Inquiries are not automatically forwarded to an external AI. When AI is used in production, we check consent and handling conditions before using personal or unpublished information.

6. Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising or analytics tags. Hosting and form services may process necessary logs under their policies. We update this policy if measurement services are added.

7. Payment information

Bank transfer and Payhip are used for agreed project payments. We may use payer details, amounts and payment status to reconcile payments and issue billing records. Payhip and its connected payment provider process checkout information. This website has no card-entry form and does not store card numbers. Retention and operational details are confirmed before payments begin.
