SIGHTE. / WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Process & FAQ

We agree on the scope and review each stage before moving forward.

From conversation to publication.

01

Consultation

We discuss your goals, budget, timing, features and materials.

02

Quotation and specification

We identify pages, content, functionality, revisions, deliverables, external costs and schedule.

03

Contract and deposit

After agreement, the standard deposit is 50%. Production begins when the deposit, materials and specifications are ready.

04

Structure and design review

We confirm the information structure, then the design direction.

05

Build and verification

We implement the agreed scope, review revisions, and check mobile layouts, links and form delivery.

06

Final review and handover

After final review, the balance and explicit publication approval, we publish and hand over the agreed files and permissions.

Material or review delays can change the schedule. Silence is not treated as publication approval.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can I inquire without a finished brief?

Yes. We can begin with the audience, current challenges, budget and timing. The first consultation is free. Detailed production and bespoke finished demos begin after contracting.

What if I need copy or photographs?

We identify missing materials and separate what you will supply from additional production. Quantities and costs are agreed in advance.

How long will production take?

The schedule depends on scope, materials and features. We agree dates individually, taking account of your reviews and external approvals.

What revisions are included?

The contract sets the revision rounds and scope. Please consolidate feedback. A change to an approved direction is quoted separately; implementation defects are handled separately.

Who owns the domain and accounts?

Normally the client. We identify running costs and provide the agreed permissions and update guidance at handover.

Can I update the website myself?

A CMS can be added for editing through an interface. Static websites normally require code edits. We discuss update needs before production.

Can you add sales or booking functions?

Yes, subject to requirements and feasibility. External links, payment integrations, full shops, reservations and accounts are different scopes.

Is maintenance compulsory?

No. Optional support has an agreed scope and work limit. Account handover is not conditional on taking maintenance.

Can we work remotely?

We work online with clients across Japan. On-site visits and photography require separate arrangements.

Do you use AI?

AI may assist planning, production and verification. A person reviews quality and usage conditions. Personal or unpublished client information is not passed to an external AI without checking consent and handling conditions.

PAYMENT & AGREEMENT

A clear path to payment.

Payment is arranged by bank transfer or through Payhip after the scope and contract have been agreed. The standard schedule is 50% at contract and 50% after final review, before publication.

  1. Agree on scope, total price and schedule
  2. Receive payment instructions for the deposit
  3. Review the finished site and pay the balance
  4. Approve publication and receive the handover

The quotation and payment instructions state the currency, tax, amount due and deadline. When paying through Payhip, use the project-specific page supplied by Sighte and check the project and amount before paying.

Available payment options are shown at Payhip checkout. A consultation does not place an order or initiate a payment.

Read the working terms

Payhip is connected, but live payment and payout checks are still pending. Available payment arrangements are confirmed before contracting; no payment is taken on this website.
