Materials

LIGHT assumes finished copy, photographs and a logo supplied by the client. STANDARD includes organisation of supplied information; new writing, photography and extensive visual creation are additional.

Revisions

Structure and design are reviewed in stages. Rounds and scope are agreed in the contract. Defects against the agreed specification are distinct from additional requests.

Forms

Basic reception and email delivery checks are included. Attachments, conditional logic, bookings and automatic quotations are additional.

Schedule

An individual schedule is agreed after requirements, materials and the deposit are ready. Client reviews and external approvals are considered.

Ownership and updates

Client accounts are normally held in the client’s name. A static website usually requires code edits; a CMS is an additional option.

Maintenance

Optional and individually scoped. It does not include unlimited changes or 24-hour monitoring by default.

Advertising, social media operation, ongoing SEO, translation and specialist legal drafting are not included in basic production.

BASIC SEO / ALL PLANS

Built to be found.

Included in LIGHT, STANDARD and PREMIUM.

Basic SEO is part of the build, alongside design and mobile usability. We set up the agreed pages so visitors and search engines can understand their content.

Included in the agreed production scope

  • Page titles and descriptions; clear headings and internal links
  • Canonical URLs, indexing settings and an XML sitemap where supported
  • Mobile layouts and descriptive image alternatives
  • Basic structured data where it fits the actual business
  • Initial Search Console setup support and sitemap submission guidance

Applies to the pages in your quotation, within the chosen platform’s capabilities. Account ownership checks and approvals are completed by the client. Search rankings, indexing and traffic are not guaranteed.

Ongoing SEO is quoted separately

In-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, content strategy, new SEO articles or pages, ongoing ranking and traffic analysis, and post-launch optimisation are separate services.

PAYMENT & AGREEMENT

A clear path to payment.

Payment is arranged by bank transfer or through Payhip after the scope and contract have been agreed. The standard schedule is 50% at contract and 50% after final review, before publication.

  1. Agree on scope, total price and schedule
  2. Receive payment instructions for the deposit
  3. Review the finished site and pay the balance
  4. Approve publication and receive the handover

The quotation and payment instructions state the currency, tax, amount due and deadline. When paying through Payhip, use the project-specific page supplied by Sighte and check the project and amount before paying.

Available payment options are shown at Payhip checkout. A consultation does not place an order or initiate a payment.

Read the working terms

Payhip is connected, but live payment and payout checks are still pending. Available payment arrangements are confirmed before contracting; no payment is taken on this website.
