SIGHTE. / WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Working Terms

An overview of the working arrangements. Project-specific details are agreed in the quotation and contract.

1. Scope and quotation

Before contracting, we confirm the pages, content volume, supplied materials, features, revision scope, deliverables, schedule and external costs. The starting prices on this site are reference prices. The final scope and price are stated in the individual quotation and contract.

2. Payment

Bank transfer and Payhip are the planned payment routes. The standard schedule is 50% at contract and 50% after final review, before publication. The payment instructions specify the amount, currency, tax and deadline. Any transfer charges or other customer costs are identified before agreement.

3. Starting work and scheduling

Work starts after the agreed deposit, materials and specifications are ready. A project schedule is agreed individually. Delays in supplying materials, approvals, third-party reviews or transfers may require rescheduling.

4. Revisions and additional work

We review structure and design in stages. Revision rounds and scope are agreed before contracting. New features or a change to an approved direction require a revised quotation and agreement before work begins. Defects against the agreed specification are handled separately from requested changes.

5. Final review and initial defect support

The individual contract defines acceptance criteria, the review period, the initial defect support period and how to report problems. Publication requires explicit approval. A lack of reply is not treated as automatic approval.

6. Cancellation, suspension and refunds

Before contracting, we agree how cancellation, long interruptions, completed work and third-party costs will be handled. Any settlement or refund is determined under the individual contract, applicable law and the payment service rules. Contact Sighte first to discuss a cancellation or refund.

7. Deliverables, rights and accounts

The contract identifies source files, deployment files, account permissions, copyright and licence conditions, and the timing of handover. Third-party fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licences. Clients must have permission to use supplied materials.

8. Third-party services and maintenance

Domain, hosting, form, payment and other service costs are separate from production fees. Accounts are normally held by the client. Optional maintenance has an agreed scope, work limit and response arrangements; initial defect support is distinguished from paid updates.

9. Basic SEO

All plans include page titles and descriptions, headings, internal links, mobile layouts, image alternatives, indexing and sitemap settings, appropriate basic structured data, and initial Search Console setup support for the agreed pages, within the platform’s capabilities. Client account verification requires the client’s participation. Keyword research, competitor analysis, new SEO content and ongoing measurement or optimisation are quoted separately. Rankings, indexing and traffic are not guaranteed.
